Origofleets provides independent corporate fleet management consulting and asset utilization auditing. Our services include evaluating vehicle maintenance schedules, analyzing fuel efficiency patterns, and implementing route-planning frameworks. We do not operate vehicles, manage fleets directly, or guarantee specific financial outcomes. All recommendations are based on data provided by the client and industry-standard methodologies.
Clients must provide accurate and complete fleet data, including telemetry records, maintenance logs, and operational schedules. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for data sharing. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the validity of our analysis and recommendations.
Origofleets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We do not warrant that any recommendations will result in a specific reduction in costs, accidents, or emissions.
All reports, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Origofleets remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their internal operations. No part of our work may be redistributed or resold without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Origofleets reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches confidentiality or misuses our deliverables.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Origofleets is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
